Queridas familias,
¡Hoy hemos pasado un día genial! Primero, nos hemos levantado temprano y
disfrutado de un buen desayuno. Luego, hemos pasado la mañana haciendo
diferentes actividades, tanto en las aulas como al aire libre.
Tras el almuerzo, fuimos a la Playa del Sardinero, en Santander, ¡a
practicar surf! Para empezar, nos dieron unas nociones básicas sobre la arena
para manejarnos con la tabla y poder ponernos de pie sobre ella. ¡No es tan
fácil como parece! Los monitores nos enseñaron unos movimientos importantes
para poder enfrentarnos a las olas y, finalmente, nos fuimos al agua. ¡Estaba
un poco fría! A pesar de ello, lo pasamos en grande surfeando las olas, jugando
en el agua, en la arena… ¡Qué bien lo hemos pasado!
Pero el día no acabó ahí. Al llegar al albergue, nos duchamos, cenamos y
aún nos quedaba la mejor parte: ¡la fiesta de la última noche! Estuvimos una
hora bailando, cantando, riendo y aprovechando la última noche con nuestros
amigos.
Con mucha pena, diremos adiós a esta gran aventura, pero también tenemos muchas
ganas de volver a veros.

Dear families,
Today we've had a great day! First, we woke up early
and had a good breakfast. Afterwards, we spent the rest of the morning doing
different activities, both in the classrooms and outdoors.
After lunch, we went to Playa del Sardinero,
in Santander, to practice surf! To start with, we were given some basic notions
on the sand to handle the board and to learn to stand up on it. It's not as easy as it
might seem!
The instructors taught us some important movements to
be able to face the waves and, finally, we went into the water. It was a bit
cold! Nevertheless, we had a great time surfing the waves, playing in the
water, in the sand... What a great time we had!
But the day didn't end there. When we got back to the
hostel, we had a shower, then we had dinner and the best part was still to
come: the last night party! We spent an hour dancing, singing, laughing and
enjoying the last night with our friends.
We say goodbye to this unique adventure with great
sadness, but we are also looking forward to seeing you again.
