Queridas familias,
¡Hoy hemos pasado un día genial!
Después de un buen desayuno, hemos ido de excursión a la ciudad de Santander. Al llegar, hemos ido a visitar el Real Sitio de la Magdalena, que es una pequeña península situada en la ciudad. Al comienzo de nuestra ruta, hemos estado en el Parque Marino, donde hemos visto focas, leones marinos y pingüinos, ¡ha sido alucinante! Después, hemos seguido la ruta hasta llegar al Palacio de la Magdalena. El palacio está situado en el punto más alto de la península y es la antigua residencia de verano del Rey Alfonso XIII y la Reina Victoria Eugenia. ¡Nos quedamos asombrados por la belleza de este edificio!
Después de la visita a la ciudad... ¡estábamos hambrientos! Así que volvimos al albergue y disfrutamos de una comida deliciosa. Después de la comida, hemos pasado el resto del día jugando a diferentes juegos y deportes, como béisbol, vóleibol, baloncesto, fútbol...
¡Estamos ansiosos por descubrir qué nuevas aventuras nos esperan mañana!

Today we've had a great day!
After having a good breakfast, we've gone on an excursion to the city of Santander. When we arrived there, we went to visit the Real Sitio de la Magdalena, which is a small peninsula located in the city. At the beginning of our route, we've been to the Marine Park, where we've seen seals, sea lions and penguins. It's been amazing! Afterwards, we continued our route until we got to the Palacio de la Magdalena. The palace is located on the highest point of the peninsula and is the former summer residence of King Alphonse XIII and Queen Victoria Eugenia. We were atonished by the beauty of this building!
After visiting the city, we were so hungry! So we went back to the hostel and had a delicious meal. After lunch, we've spent the rest of the day playing different games and sports, like baseball, volleyball, football, basketball...
Can't wait to discover what new adventures we'll live tomorrow!
