Queridas familias,
Aunque comenzamos el día con lluvia, el encanto del norte nunca desaparece. Aprovechamos el tiempo en el albergue con actividades entretenidas, mientras esperábamos que la lluvia parara para salir a explorar Santander por la tarde. Después de comer, nos subimos al autobús y fuimos a visitar el impresionante Palacio de la Magdalena. Está situado en el punto más alto de la península y fue la residencia de verano del rey Alfonso XIII y la reina Victoria Eugenia.
¡Nos quedamos impresionados con la belleza y la historia del lugar! Luego fuimos al Parque Marino, donde pudimos ver focas, leones marinos y pingüinos. ¡Fue una experiencia fascinante!
Mañana, según nos han dicho, vamos a hacer surf. Estamos muy emocionados y algo nerviosos por esta nueva aventura, ¡pero seguro que lo pasaremos genial! Ya os contaremos cómo nos va.

Dear families,
Although we woke up to a rainy day, the north keep being as charming as always. Despite the rain, we made the most of it by enjoying activities indoors while waiting for the weather to get better so we could live a new adventure and visit Santander in the afternoon. After lunch, we got on the bus and went to see the beautiful Palacio de la Magdalena. This palace is located at the highest point of the peninsula and used to be the summer residence of King Alfonso XIII and Queen Victoria Eugenia.
We were amazed by the beauty of this building! Later, we visited the Marine Park, where we saw seals, sea lions and penguins. It was incredible!
We've been told that tomorrow we're going to go surfing. We're very nervous and excited about this experience! We'll tell you more tomorrow.
